What Client Work Remastered is
Client Work Remastered is a business class for web and graphic designers from Olga at Applet Studio, the Squarespace template studio. It is about the client process rather than design: how to run a sales call, onboard a client, get content on time, present concepts so they are approved first time, handle feedback and package your services. Olga built it after a project of her own went badly in 2018, and the class is her own process written down.
What it covers
There are four core modules. Mastering the Sales Call covers positioning, client psychology and what goes in a proposal. Client Onboarding covers getting content from clients, wireframing, homework, project management tools and client types. The Concept Method Masterclass is the heart of it: presenting work in stages, using mood boards and screencasts, and what to say at each step. Productising Your Services covers packaging and pricing. Alongside the video you get a Notion client portal, email swipes for awkward situations, wireframe templates, a copywriting prompts guide with a business licence, sales scripts, a concept presentation script, proposal and onboarding templates, real client examples and a full transcript. Three lectures were added for 2026 on content marketing and SEO for designers, growing revenue beyond client work, and selling sprints and VIP days.
Who it suits
Applet Studio is clear about the fit: designers who already have a few paying projects, a small portfolio and confidence in their design skills, but who cringe at sales calls, get buried in revisions or feel managed by their clients. Around a hundred designers have taken it and the testimonials on the sales page are specific about proposals and discovery calls rather than vague praise.
One honest caveat
This is not a Squarespace course and it will not teach you to design or build a site; Olga uses Figma for concepts and says the process works on any platform. It is also not for complete beginners with no clients yet, or for anyone who wants to run a template shop rather than work with clients. The class is over three and a half hours long, hosted on Teachable, and non-refundable, and local VAT may be added at checkout.

Purchase is through Applet Studio's own checkout, which also offers an optional bundle of three Squarespace templates with an unlimited client licence and an optional one-hour coaching session. Existing students receive the 2026 lectures at no extra cost.
