Squarespace's Map Block shows one pin on a default map, and that is the end of it. If you run multiple locations, a directory, or a travel or events site, you are stuck. This plugin from Squarewebsites extends the native Map Block to show multiple locations with custom markers and custom map styling that matches your site rather than defaulting to standard Google colours. The clever part is where the locations come from: you add them to a Gallery, Blog or Events collection using each item's location tab, tick Use Collection Locations on the Map Block, and the map populates itself. Adding a new branch later means adding a collection item, not touching code.
Practical notes before buying. The plugin needs sitewide code injection, which means the Business or Commerce plans (there is a Markdown block workaround for the Personal plan, but Squarewebsites are honest that it could stop working). The code arrives by email within 24 hours of purchase rather than as an instant download, because each copy is paired to your Squarespace domain. The $40 licence covers one site; designers using it across client sites should look at the unlimited version at $70. It works on both Squarespace 7.0 and 7.1, on any template.
