Freya is a Squarespace 7.1 template sold through the SquareKicker template store and designed by Clare Butler for personal trainers, fitness instructors and wellness coaches. The demo is a solo trainer: a Become Stronger Than You Ever Thought Possible hero, an Are You Here? pain-points block, a Have We Met? introduction, three offers (1:1 sessions, virtual sessions and online coaching), a Book Your Free Session call to action, a scrolling Success Stories band of five-star reviews and an FAQ, in a clean white, neutral and black palette.

Honest limits

Booking is a call to action, not a calendar, so free sessions and paid packages need Squarespace Scheduling, Acuity or your coaching app. There is no shop for programmes or memberships in the layout. It is framed for one person rather than a studio with a team. The overlay menu and scroll effects depend on the SquareKicker Extension after the 30-day trial, and it sits in the top SquareKicker price tier.

How it is delivered

SquareKicker templates install onto a new or existing Squarespace 7.1 site the moment you buy, keeping or replacing your existing styles. It is a one-off purchase for one site, with a 30-day SquareKicker Extension trial and 10 per cent off a Squarespace plan. You need a Business or Core plan or higher to publish, and SquareKicker does not refund digital products.
