Golden Dawn

Golden Dawn is Emily Ames's template for practitioners whose work sits beneath the surface: stress, regulation, burnout and root-cause healing. Emily, a former nutritional therapist, has built it for nervous system coaches, counsellors, therapists, somatic practitioners and nutritional therapists, and the demo copy is already written in that voice, so you can see what belongs in each section before you replace it.

It uses the same structure as Grounded State but swaps the dark, editorial palette for a light and organic one: earthy greens, warm cream and peach accents, with bold headlines and large hero sections. If Grounded State felt too heavy for your brand, this is the softer option.

The nine pages cover a full practice. The home page runs through your approach, a framework, a bio intro and ways to work together. Services lays out an initial consultation, 1:1 coaching and a group programme with pricing placeholders. A corporate wellness page handles burnout talks and workplace clients, there is a testimonials page, a two-column FAQ page with an accordion, a favourites page for affiliate products, a contact page and a full course sales page with modules, who it is for and its own FAQs.

The honest expectation: the course page sells a course but does not host one, so you will need Squarespace digital products or an external platform to deliver it. Delivery is manual, with Emily transferring the site into your account as a new 7.1 website within 72 hours, and buyers get tech tutorials plus access to her Facebook community for help with edits.
