Nourish is a Squarespace 7.1 template GoLive built with Valerie Feghali of The Wellness Vault for health and wellness coaches. The demo is sage, cream and brown: a hero, a my-story introduction, client stories, cards for a balanced programme, one-to-one nutrition coaching and a VIP membership, testimonials, recent blog posts, a free guide opt-in and an Instagram grid. It is sold through GoLive's partner page rather than their main template shop.

Honest limits

Running courses, memberships, email campaigns and scheduling inside Squarespace needs the right plan plus add-ons, which cost extra and are not included. Sixteen pages is a lot to fill on day one. It is listed on a partner page, so it may be harder to find again on GoLive's site.

How it is delivered

Within 24 hours of purchase GoLive send a contributor invite to a new Squarespace trial site with the template installed. Installing into an existing Squarespace 7.1 site is a paid option.
