• The shop needs a Squarespace Commerce plan if you sell digital products through Squarespace.
• Template support lasts 30 days from delivery; after that you rely on Squarespace support or a paid Candor package.

How it is delivered

After purchase Candor installs the demo on a fresh Squarespace 7.1 site and transfers it into your Squarespace account, quoting delivery within 48 business hours. You also get access to the Launch Lounge (video tutorials and guides), a launch checklist and scorecard, 30 days of template email support and an extended 12-month free trial. An optional paid add-on installs the template on an existing 7.1 site. You need the Squarespace Core plan or higher to launch, and Candor clients get 25% off a new annual plan bought within 30 days.
