The demo is an apartment in Athens: an An Apartment Under the Olive Trees hero, Where Athens Slows Down, The Space at a Glance, then image-led sections such as A Home, Not a Hotel, Morning on the Balcony, Made for Resting and Cook Like a Local, a Five Minutes From Everything neighbourhood block and a guest review, in warm whites, terracotta and brown.

Who it suits

Owners of one standout holiday apartment, villa or cottage, Airbnb hosts building a direct booking channel, and very small boutique stays that sell on atmosphere. From years of building hotel sites, I would say this is the right shape for a single property: lead with photography, answer the practical questions on Amenities and FAQs, and make booking obvious.

Honest limits

There is no booking engine, calendar or payments, so Book Your Stay is an enquiry form unless you embed Lodgify, Hostaway, Guesty or a similar widget. It is built around one property; a host with several units or a hotel with room types needs room listing pages this template does not have. It depends on strong photography; with average phone pictures it will look thin.

How it is delivered

SquareKicker templates install onto a new or existing Squarespace 7.1 site the moment you buy, keeping or replacing your existing styles. It is a one-off purchase for one site, with a 30-day SquareKicker Extension trial and 10 per cent off a Squarespace plan. You need a Business or Core plan or higher to publish, and SquareKicker does not refund digital products.
