Evans

Evans is a Squarespace 7.1 template by GoLive built for professional speakers and executive coaches. The demo is a motivational speaker who consults with ambitious teams: a level-up statement hero, a positioning line, featured-in logos, a watch-in-action section with a speaking reel prompt, a scrolling strip of roles, an about section and a work-with-me block. It is not a photography template: there is no gallery or portfolio page, whatever older listings said.

Who it suits

Corporate keynote speakers, leadership consultants and executive coaches who sell to organisations rather than to individuals, and who want a direct, bold site with few pages. The consulting page is the difference from GoLive's other speaker templates, which lean towards courses, memberships and podcasts. Six pages also makes it the quickest of the set to customise.

Honest limits

There is no podcast, course, blog or shop page, so a speaker with a content strategy will add collections or choose Radiance instead. Booking is an enquiry form, not live scheduling. The demo's typography is heavy and the tone is motivational, which suits the audience but will need toning down for a quieter consultancy. GoLive's own listing page for Evans carries a stray line about photographers, an error on their side; the template itself has nothing to do with photography. GoLive's sales pages are templated, so judge the template from its demo rather than the sales copy.

How it is delivered

Within 24 hours of purchase GoLive send a contributor invite to a new Squarespace trial site with Evans installed. If you already have a Squarespace 7.1 site they can install the pages into it as a paid add-on. You customise fonts, colours, images and text in the standard editor, then subscribe to a plan when you are ready to publish.
