Gigi Rose Squarespace 7.1 Template

Who Gigi Rose is built for

Gigi Rose is a Squarespace 7.1 template by Big Cat Creative with an edgy, collage-style layout, built for creative studios and service providers who want their work to look bold. The demo is a brand design studio "transforming luxury brands" with branding, print and digital services and a projects index. The old listing framed it as a consultant template with a testimonials page; there is no testimonials page, and the design is far more editorial than a consultancy would normally choose.

The pages and sections you get

The seven pages are Home, About, Services, Info, Projects, Blog and Contact. The home page runs a large typographic hero, a positioning statement, a headline block, a featured clients section with three projects, a favourite posts summary from the blog, a gallery and a newsletter signup in the footer. Services lists branding, print and digital with an FAQ block and a client love section; Info is a single-service page with what's included and a process; Projects is a portfolio index and the Blog works out of the box. There is no shop in the base build. Matching shop, sales page, podcast, freebie and link page layouts exist, but they are sold separately as add-ons; the demo site carries them off the main navigation.

Design and customisation notes

Gigi Rose is built on Squarespace 7.1 with Fluid Engine sections, so every layout is edited with the native drag and drop editor and site styles panel; there is no plugin or code to maintain. Big Cat Creative publishes reworked demos of the same template (Gigi Rose Bold, Gigi Rose Dark, Gigi Rose Neutral) to show how far the colours, fonts and imagery can be pushed, which I find a more honest demonstration of flexibility than a list of adjectives. Purchase includes delivery within 48 hours as a new site or an install into your existing 7.1 site, step by step video tutorials, a Squarespace resource library, editable Canva graphics, a copywriting workbook with AI prompts, an SEO checklist and a launch guide. Gigi Rose layers oversized serif headings over overlapping images and cut-out shapes, which is where the collage feel comes from; the Neutral variant is the most usable if you want the structure without the drama.

One honest caveat

The collage layouts depend on strong imagery and confident short headlines. Long service descriptions and stock photography make the overlapping blocks look cluttered rather than editorial, so this is a template for people with a portfolio of finished work to show, not for a business that is still assembling its first case studies.
