Lavender + Salt is the boldest of Emily Ames's wellness templates. Where Healing Co. is soft and earthy, this one uses strong, modern styling aimed at coaches and practitioners who want their site to make an impression. Emily, a former nutritional therapist, has kept the same practical structure that runs through her range, with sales pages built in from the start.

There are three: one for a course or digital product, one for a one-to-one coaching programme, and one for a low-cost masterclass or workshop, the kind of entry offer that turns followers into paying clients. Around them sit home, about, services, a blog, recipe pages, a podcast page, a resources page and a favourite products page for affiliate links.

Setup support is light but useful: quick tech tutorials walk you through launching, and the template comes with a six-month free Squarespace trial, so you can build at your own pace and only buy a Squarespace plan when you are ready to go live. The site is mobile optimised throughout. Emily also sells a matching Canva presentation template, designed for fertility and hormone health practitioners, separately.
