What Learnable is

Learnable is a Squarespace 7.1 template by Studio Mesa for course creators, coaches and small schools: a fifteen page site, in the studio's words playful and energetic, where courses, cohorts, community, events, a shop and a blog live together in one design. Studio Mesa build only on Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine and sell a finished site rather than a theme, so what you buy is a working Squarespace site invited into your account with the layouts, custom CSS and demo content already in place. The old listing on this page was generic marketing copy with a five page list; the vendor counts fifteen pages.

What it does

The structure is built around selling and delivering knowledge: course pages for the things you teach, cohort and programme pages for group offers with dates, a community page, an events page for workshops and live sessions, a shop for digital products or paid courses through Squarespace Commerce, and a blog for the free content that brings people in. The design leans on custom code for its more distinctive touches, which is why Studio Mesa require a Core, Plus or Advanced plan, and every purchase carries an unlimited licence: buy once, duplicate the site in Squarespace, and use it for as many of your own or your clients' projects as you like. Delivery is instant, an invite arrives by email the moment payment clears, and lifetime email support covers setup, the template's custom code and questions after client handover. Ownership transfer is done manually within a week; until then you are a contributor and can edit straight away.

Who it suits

Course creators and coaches selling more than one programme, tutors and small training companies, membership and cohort businesses that run events, and designers who build sites for that market and want an unlimited licence. If you sell one course from one landing page, fifteen pages is more site than you need and a smaller template will launch faster.

One honest caveat

Learnable gives you the pages for a course business but not the course platform. Squarespace can sell a digital product or a Member Areas course, but for drip content, quizzes, certificates or cohort management you will be linking out to Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific or similar, and the template does not change that. It cannot be applied to an existing site: every Studio Mesa template is a new site, so an existing Squarespace site means rebuilding and moving content across. Refunds are available within seven days only if the template has not been published or copied.

Setup

Buy, accept the emailed invite and the finished site appears in your Squarespace account. Replace the demo copy and images page by page, delete or duplicate pages to match your offers, set your fonts and colours in Site Styles, and connect Commerce if you are selling. Studio Mesa include a twenty-five per cent discount on the first year of a Core, Plus or Advanced plan, and a thirty per cent discount code for non-profits on request. Budget a day or two of content work rather than an hour; the template installs in minutes but fifteen pages of placeholder text do not write themselves.
