Lila Yoga

Lila Yoga is a Squarespace 7.1 template by Tracy Nichole Creative, sold through the SquareKicker template store, built for yoga teachers, mindfulness instructors and wellness coaches who want a small one-page site. The demo is a solo teacher called Lila Santos: a find-your-flow hero, an about section, four class cards (Gentle Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Private Sessions), a book-a-class band, two student testimonials and a footer with address, email and social links, plus a separate Book a Class page with an Acuity scheduler embed and a custom 404. The old listing had the audience right but listed a contact form and a Classes page that the demo does not have; classes are a section on the home page and contact is footer details.

Who it suits

Honest limits

It is one page plus a booking page, so there is no blog, no separate about or contact page, no contact form and no newsletter sign-up in the demo. Booking depends on an Acuity account or another scheduler you embed; the template does not take payment. A studio with several teachers, a timetable or memberships will outgrow it fast. The two animation presets are SquareKicker features that stay in place after the 30-day trial but need a subscription to keep editing.
