Modern Manor is a Squarespace 7.1 template by Dreyah Bohlen, sold through the SquareKicker template store, built for interior designers, home builders and other service businesses that sell by showing finished work. The demo is a residential interior design studio: a timeless-elegance hero, three service tiles, an about section, a work grid, testimonials, a shop teaser, a transform-your-space call to action and a newsletter footer, with three service pages (Residential Interior Design with a consultation-to-installation process, Custom Furniture and Decor, Virtual Interior Design), a six-project Portfolio, a Blog, a Shop layout, Testimonials and Press, FAQs, Contact and a combined privacy and terms page. The old listing counted four pages and a before-and-after section; the real template is thirteen pages with three service pages, a blog, a shop layout and FAQs.

Who it suits

Interior designers, design-build studios, custom furniture makers, home stagers and renovation firms with a portfolio to show and more than one service to explain. The service-page structure also suits landscape designers, kitchen and bath studios and architects.

Honest limits

The Shop page is a layout only: the demo has no live products, so you add Squarespace commerce and a Business or Commerce plan to sell furniture or decor. Portfolio projects are pages you build by hand, not a filterable gallery. There is no booking for consultations without embedding Acuity or Calendly, and no client portal. Thirteen pages is a lot to fill with copy and photography, so budget time for content. The animations are SquareKicker features that stay in place after the 30-day trial but need a subscription to keep editing.

How it is delivered

SquareKicker templates install through the SquareKicker Template Engine onto a new or existing Squarespace 7.1 site: connect the free SquareKicker extension, pick the template and it installs in a few clicks, with the choice of keeping your existing site styles or replacing them with the template's. There is no duplicate site to copy from. The purchase is one-off and includes a 30-day SquareKicker extension trial; you need a Squarespace Core plan or higher to publish, and SquareKicker template buyers get 10 per cent off a Squarespace plan.
