Natasha Fitness is a Squarespace 7.1 template by Emily Kay, sold through the SquareKicker template store, built for personal trainers and online fitness coaches who sell programmes rather than gym memberships. The demo is a solo coach called Natasha: an unleash-your-inner-athlete hero, a stats strip, a hi-my-name-is introduction, a my-programme section (custom meal plans, one-to-one virtual calls, on-demand videos, a private community), client reviews, a let's-get-started prompt and an email list sign-up, with a Programs page carrying a three-tier monthly pricing table, an Upcoming Events page for webinars and live workouts, About, Blog, Contact, an Intake Form, a Newsletter page and a link-in-bio page. The old listing described class schedules and membership plans on a Classes page, which the demo does not have.

What you get

  • Eleven page layouts: Home, About, Programs, Upcoming Events, Blog, Contact, Intake Form, Newsletter, Bio Link, Privacy Policy and a 404, on Squarespace 7.1 with Fluid Engine
  • A Programs page with a what's-included section and a basic, pro and advanced pricing table, plus a separate client intake form
  • An Upcoming Events page laid out for dated webinars and online bootcamps, a six-post blog and a link-in-bio page for social profiles
  • Twenty-nine featured sections (hero, information, about, services, reviews, call to action, newsletter, events, social media, gallery) to reuse on any page
  • SquareKicker animations: smooth scroll, layer effects, scroll effects and anchor links, editable while the extension is active
  • A purple, yellow, navy and cream palette that changes in the Squarespace style editor
  • A one-off purchase with a free 30-day SquareKicker extension trial

Who it suits

Personal trainers, online coaches, nutrition coaches and fitness creators who sell tiered programmes, run webinars and want an intake form and a bio-link page in the same site. It is written around one named coach with a personality-first tone, so it suits a solo brand better than a gym or studio.

Honest limits

The pricing table is a layout, not a checkout: to sell the programmes you add Squarespace commerce or member sites, or link the buttons to an external payment page. Events are a static list without ticketing or a calendar feed. There is no class timetable, no booking engine and no member login without adding Squarespace member areas. The footer and some blocks still carry placeholder text. The animations are SquareKicker features that stay in place after the 30-day trial but need a subscription to keep editing.

How it is delivered

SquareKicker templates install through the SquareKicker Template Engine onto a new or existing Squarespace 7.1 site: connect the free SquareKicker extension, pick the template and it installs in a few clicks, with the choice of keeping your existing site styles or replacing them with the template's. There is no duplicate site to copy from. The purchase is one-off and includes a 30-day SquareKicker extension trial; you need a Squarespace Core plan or higher to publish, and SquareKicker template buyers get 10 per cent off a Squarespace plan.

FAQs

FAQs

Who is Natasha Fitness designed for?
Emily Kay built it for personal trainers and online fitness coaches. The demo is a solo coach selling tiered programmes, with events, a blog, an intake form and a bio-link page.
What pages are included?
Eleven page layouts: Home, About, Programs, Upcoming Events, Blog, Contact, Intake Form, Newsletter, Bio Link, Privacy Policy and a 404, on Squarespace 7.1 with Fluid Engine.
Can I sell the programmes through the site?
The pricing table is a layout only. Add Squarespace commerce or member sites, or link each button to an external checkout, to take payment.
Is there a class timetable or booking system?
No. Events are a static list. For bookings embed Acuity or Calendly, and for a timetable use a scheduling app or a Squarespace events collection.
Do I need a SquareKicker subscription to use the template?
No. The template is a one-off purchase and it comes with a free 30-day SquareKicker extension trial. The template's animations are SquareKicker features, so to keep editing them after the trial you need a SquareKicker subscription; the styling itself stays on the site. You do need a Squarespace Core plan or higher to publish.
How is the template installed?
Through the SquareKicker Template Engine onto a new or existing Squarespace 7.1 site, in a few clicks, keeping or replacing your existing site styles.
