Nest is a Squarespace 7.1 template by GoLive built for estate agents and realtors, made in partnership with real estate marketing educator Haley Ingram. The demo is a Miami agent's site: a hero with a book-a-call button, three proof numbers, a personal introduction, buyer and seller service blocks, a listings prompt, an about section and client reviews. It is a property agent's site, not the artist and designer portfolio older listings described; there is no gallery or portfolio page in it.

What you get

  • Twelve page layouts: Home, Neighborhoods, Neighborhood page, Buying, Listing post, Selling, About, Testimonials, Resources, Blog, Blog Post and Book a Call
  • Squarespace 7.1 with Fluid Engine, so sections are drag and drop in the standard editor
  • Neighbourhood guides and listings built as Squarespace blog collections, so each area or property is a post with its own page
  • Separate Buying and Selling pages, a Resources page for guides and downloads, and a Testimonials page
  • A green, neutral, white and brown palette that changes in the Squarespace style editor, no code needed
  • A contact form and newsletter sign-up, plus GoLive's free five-day customisation course, customer community and unlimited email and Loom support

Who it suits

Independent agents and small teams who market on personality and local knowledge rather than on a large searchable inventory. The neighbourhood guides are the strongest idea in it: area pages are good for local search and give a reason to link the site from social media.

Honest limits

Listings are manual blog posts; there is no MLS, IDX or Rightmove feed, so an agency with hundreds of live properties needs a proper property platform, not Squarespace. The demo copy is written for the American market (realtor, MLS-style proof numbers) and a UK agent will rewrite terminology and add fees pages. Booking is a form, not a live calendar. GoLive's sales pages are templated, so judge the template from its demo rather than the sales copy.

How it is delivered

Within 24 hours of purchase GoLive send a contributor invite to a new Squarespace trial site with Nest installed. If you already have a Squarespace 7.1 site they can install the pages into it as a paid add-on. You customise fonts, colours, images and text in the standard editor, then subscribe to a plan when you are ready to publish. GoLive customers get an extended six-month Squarespace trial and 20 per cent off the first year of an annual plan.

FAQs

FAQs

Who is Nest designed for?
GoLive built it for estate agents and realtors, in partnership with real estate marketing educator Haley Ingram. The demo is a Miami agent's site with buying, selling, neighbourhood guides, listings and a book-a-call page.
What pages are included?
Twelve page layouts: Home, Neighborhoods, Neighborhood page, Buying, Listing post, Selling, About, Testimonials, Resources, Blog, Blog Post and Book a Call, all on Squarespace 7.1 with Fluid Engine.
Is Nest an artist or portfolio template?
No. Older listings described galleries for artists and designers. Nest is a property agent's site, and there is no portfolio page in it.
How are listings and neighbourhoods handled?
Both are Squarespace blog collections styled as grids, so each listing or area guide is a post you add yourself. There is no MLS or property feed integration.
How is the template delivered?
GoLive send a contributor invite to a new Squarespace trial site with the template installed within 24 hours. Installing into an existing Squarespace 7.1 site is a paid add-on.
Does Nest include booking or lead capture?
The Book a Call page is a contact form, and there is a newsletter sign-up. For live scheduling you would embed Acuity or a similar tool; nothing is built in.
