Renew is a Squarespace 7.1 template by GoLive built for health and wellness coaches. The demo is a functional health coach who helps women through fitness, nutrition and community: a hero with a consultation call button, a how-I-started story, a symptoms and struggles section that leads to the offers, a your-health-is-everything introduction, client stories and a blog prompt. The Services menu holds three programmes (gut health, nutrition, meal prep). It is a client-facing coaching site, not the course outline and student resources template older listings described.

Who it suits

Nutritionists, functional health and gut health coaches, personal trainers and wellness practitioners who sell programmes rather than single sessions and publish regularly. It has more content pages than GoLive's other coaching templates, and the symptoms-led home page is written for a health audience rather than a business one.

Honest limits

Programme and course pages sell but do not deliver; a course or members area means adding Squarespace Courses or a member site on a plan that supports digital products, with a transaction fee on lower tiers. There is no shop and no built-in scheduling. Anyone making health claims on the site needs their own compliance wording; the template ships with placeholder copy only. GoLive's sales pages are templated, so judge the template from its demo rather than the sales copy.

How it is delivered

Within 24 hours of purchase GoLive send a contributor invite to a new Squarespace trial site with Renew installed. If you already have a Squarespace 7.1 site they can install the pages into it as a paid add-on. You customise fonts, colours, images and text in the standard editor, then subscribe to a plan when you are ready to publish. GoLive customers get an extended six-month Squarespace trial and 20 per cent off the first year of an annual plan.
