Rose is a Squarespace 7.1 template by GoLive built for coaches, keynote speakers and podcast hosts. The demo is a personal brand for an executive coach and speaker: a bold yellow hero with a booking prompt, a problem and solution section, an about introduction, and pages for speaking, a course and a podcast. It is not a restaurant template: the menu, reservation and gallery pages older listings described do not exist in it.

What you get

  • Six pages: Home, About, Speaking, Course, Podcast and Contact
  • Squarespace 7.1 with Fluid Engine, so sections are drag and drop in the standard editor
  • A home page with a hero, a book-me prompt, a speaking reel prompt, an about section and a route through to the course and podcast
  • A Speaking page for talk topics and event bookings, and a Course page laid out as a sales page
  • A yellow, black and white palette that changes in the Squarespace style editor, no code needed
  • A contact form and a newsletter sign-up, plus GoLive's free five-day customisation course, customer community and unlimited email and Loom support

Who it suits

Executive and leadership coaches, keynote speakers and podcast hosts who want one site that books talks and sells a course. The layout leans on personality, with the owner's name in the header and a big statement hero, so it works best when you are the brand. If you sell physical products you will want Jada instead, which has a shop; Rose has none.

Honest limits

The Course page is a sales page, not a course platform. To host lessons and take payment you add Squarespace Courses or a member site, which needs a plan that supports digital products and may carry a transaction fee on lower tiers. There is no blog and no shop. The yellow is strong and sets the mood of the demo, so a quieter brand will change more than colours. GoLive's sales pages are templated, so judge the template from its demo rather than the sales copy.

How it is delivered

Within 24 hours of purchase GoLive send a contributor invite to a new Squarespace trial site with Rose installed. If you already have a Squarespace 7.1 site they can install the pages into it as a paid add-on. You customise fonts, colours, images and text in the standard editor, then subscribe to a plan when you are ready to publish. GoLive customers get an extended six-month Squarespace trial and 20 per cent off the first year of an annual plan.
