South West

South West is a Squarespace 7.1 template by Olíve Skye Creative, sold through the SquareKicker template store, built for interior designers, architects, home builders, photographers and other creative service providers who want a high-end editorial site. The demo is an interiors studio called South West Interiors: a large-type hero, three featured projects, a we-craft-spaces statement, a four-service list (interior design, home staging, project management, consultancy), a benefits section and a custom-quote prompt, with Projects, About, Services, a second services layout, Journal, Press, Inquire and a style guide page. The old listing filed it as real estate; the vendor names real estate as one of four audiences, but the demo is an interiors practice.

Who it suits

Honest limits

It needs excellent photography and a real portfolio; with thin content the editorial spacing looks empty. The animation stack is large, so test performance on mobile and be prepared to switch some effects off. There is no shop, no property search and no listings database, so an estate agent with a live inventory should look at a dedicated real estate build instead. The Inquire page is a form; consultation scheduling means embedding Acuity or Calendly. The animations are SquareKicker features that stay in place after the 30-day trial but need a subscription to keep editing.
