Spark Course is a Squarespace 7.1 template by GoLive built for course creators and coaches who sell online courses. The demo is a business course brand: a warm orange and neutral home page that names the audience's pain points, lists three courses, explains the transformation and pushes to enrol. Behind the sales pages sits a lesson area built on Squarespace Courses with a progress bar and individual lesson pages. It is a selling and delivery site for a paid programme, not the lesson-plan hub for educators that older listings described.
What you get
- Six page types: Home, About, Course sales page, Lessons (a Squarespace Courses collection with an overview and lesson pages), Login and Contact; the demo repeats the sales page for three courses
- Squarespace 7.1 with Fluid Engine, so sections are drag and drop in the standard editor
- A long-form sales page layout with pain points, outcomes, modules and a join prompt
- A member login page and a course overview with a progress indicator
- An orange, red and neutral palette that changes in the Squarespace style editor, no code needed
- A contact form, plus GoLive's free five-day customisation course, customer community and unlimited email and Loom support
Who it suits
Coaches, consultants and creators selling one to three self-paced courses who want to keep everything on Squarespace rather than bolting on Teachable or Kajabi. If your courses are a side offer to a speaking business, Radiance or Rose give you a course page inside a broader personal brand site.
Honest limits
Squarespace Courses needs a plan that supports digital products, and Squarespace charges a transaction fee on lower tiers, so factor that in against a dedicated course platform. Squarespace's course tools are basic: no quizzes, certificates or drip scheduling. There is no blog, podcast or shop page. The demo's headline style is loud and sales-led, and a calmer brand will rewrite most of the copy. GoLive's sales pages are templated, so judge the template from its demo rather than the sales copy.
How it is delivered
Within 24 hours of purchase GoLive send a contributor invite to a new Squarespace trial site with Spark Course installed. If you already have a Squarespace 7.1 site they can install the pages into it as a paid add-on. You customise fonts, colours, images and text in the standard editor, then subscribe to a plan when you are ready to publish. GoLive customers get an extended six-month Squarespace trial and 20 per cent off the first year of an annual plan.
