Trove Agency

Trove Agency is a Squarespace 7.1 template by GoLive for service-based businesses, the services version of their Trove design. The demo is dressed as a home goods and interiors company with a home, services, portfolio, about, blog and contact, and the home page opens with four large image panels for seasonal pieces, furniture and ceramics before moving into a welcome statement and three offerings. It is a services and portfolio site, not a shop: there is no commerce page in the layout.

Who it suits

Interior designers, home stagers, architects, landscape and garden designers and small creative agencies whose site needs to show projects and explain three or four services. The Portfolio Project layout is a case study page, and the blog is there for the search traffic an interiors practice depends on. It also works for a consultancy that wants a warm, image-led look rather than a corporate one.

Honest limits

No shop page, so if you sell products you add Squarespace commerce yourself (GoLive's Trove template is the retail version). The home page is built around big photography, so a business without a strong image library will struggle to make it look like the demo. The demo copy is interiors-flavoured, so a consultant in another field rewrites rather than swaps. GoLive's sales pages are templated, so read the demo rather than the sales copy for what is included.

How it is delivered

Within 24 hours of purchase GoLive send a contributor invite to a new Squarespace trial site with Trove Agency installed. If you already have a Squarespace 7.1 site they can install the pages into it as a paid add-on. You customise fonts, colours, images and text, then subscribe to a plan when you are ready to publish.
