Virtual Assistant
Single Page
Virtual Assistant is a Squarespace 7.1 template sold through the SquareKicker template store and designed by Design Powers. It is a one-page site for a virtual assistant or small admin agency, and the demo reads as a finished business: a Delegate Admin Tasks hero, a why-us section, a benefits marquee, a task list grouped into admin, bookkeeping, customer service, data entry, social media and content, three client quotes, an about section, a contact form and an email opt-in. The header links scroll down the page, so it behaves like a landing page with a proper footer.
What you get
- One page layout with anchored Services, About and Contact sections, plus eight saved sections to build more pages later
- Squarespace 7.1 with Fluid Engine, so sections are drag and drop in the standard editor
- A task list laid out as six cards with three bullets each, which is the part most VA sites get wrong
- Review quote blocks, an accordion and a contact form, all standard Squarespace blocks
- A newsletter block for an email list, with the storage set in Squarespace after install
- SquareKicker effects: smooth scroll, a custom cursor, footer reveal, scroll effects and anchor links, with parallax backgrounds and dynamic section dividers
- A black, neutral and brown palette with thin linear buttons and borders, set in the style editor
Who it suits
Solo virtual assistants, online business managers and small admin agencies who want to launch fast and grow the site later. Design Powers say the copy adapts to other service firms, and it does: a bookkeeper or social media manager could keep the structure and swap the task cards.
Honest limits
It is one page, so there is no services page, no blog and no pricing page until you build them; the saved sections make that possible but you are designing new pages yourself. Booking is a form, not a calendar, so add Acuity or Calendly if you want discovery calls booked live. The smooth scroll and custom cursor are SquareKicker Extension effects, so keep the subscription if you want to keep editing them after the 30-day trial. It is priced as a starter, and that is what it is.
How it is delivered
SquareKicker templates install onto a new or existing Squarespace 7.1 site the moment you buy, with a choice of Use Template Styles or Keep Existing Styles, so it can go onto a live site without wiping your fonts and colours. It is a one-off purchase for one site (a new licence per client project), no SquareKicker subscription is needed to keep using it, and a 30-day trial of the SquareKicker Extension and 10 per cent off a Squarespace plan are included. You need a Business or Core plan or higher to publish, and SquareKicker does not refund digital products.
